Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date of your order. If 30 days have passed since you received your product, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of intimate-use products, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back directly to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected at our service center, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of business days, depending on your financial institution’s policies.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Contact your bank, as there is often a processing period before a refund is reflected in your account.

Sale Items / Final Sale

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items purchased on clearance, special promotions, or marked as final sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at adlopval1@gmail.com to coordinate the return instructions and send your item to the following return address:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first and then gave it to you, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

To return your product, you must mail it to the following address:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be reimbursed by the store. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on the shipping carrier.

If you are shipping an item valued at more than $100 USD, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if the external carrier experiences loss or delivery issues.
