SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
At GoNoveShop, we strive to provide an efficient, secure, and fully transparent delivery service. By working with an optimized network of suppliers and automated distribution centers, we are able to ship our specialized products directly to your doorstep throughout the United States and Mexico.
Below, we explain how our shipping process works, including costs and estimated delivery times based on your location and the product’s origin.
1. PROCESSING TIMES
All orders require a mandatory preparation, packaging, and logistics verification period at the origin warehouse before being handed over to the shipping carrier.
This process typically takes 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), starting from the confirmation and verification of your payment.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched from our distribution center, you will receive an automatic email containing your secure tracking number.
2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Because we operate through multiple international distribution centers to ensure product availability, delivery times may vary depending on the warehouse from which the item is shipped.
Orders Delivered Within the United States:
For products shipped from local U.S. distribution centers (such as our UV Pocket Umbrella collection), the estimated delivery time is 4 to 9 business days after dispatch. If the selected product is stocked in an international warehouse, delivery to the United States may take 10 to 15 business days.
Orders Delivered to Mexico:
Due to customs clearance procedures and international logistics processes, the estimated delivery time throughout Mexico is 12 to 22 business days after dispatch from the warehouse (primarily applicable to our premium reinforced umbrellas).
Global Delivery Notice:
During periods of high demand, including holidays, Black Friday, seasonal sales events, or unexpected customs inspections, delivery times may be extended beyond our direct control.
3. SHIPPING COSTS AND COVERAGE

To provide the best shopping experience and eliminate unexpected charges, we offer FREE SHIPPING on our entire catalog.
The price displayed on each product page is the final delivered price. There are no hidden fees or additional shipping charges at checkout.
4. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS (SEPARATE PACKAGES)
Because we operate through a decentralized logistics network, if you purchase multiple products within the same order, your items may be shipped from different warehouses.
As a result, your order may arrive in separate packages and on slightly different dates. Each package will have its own tracking number, and shipping will remain completely free.
5. ORDER TRACKING
It is the customer's responsibility to track their package using the tracking number provided.
Tracking updates on international and local carrier systems may take 3 to 5 business days to display the first shipping movements.
6. SHIPPING ADDRESS AND FAILED DELIVERIES
The customer is fully responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and correct shipping address, including full name, street address, apartment or unit number (if applicable), postal code, city, state, and any relevant delivery instructions.
GoNoveShop is not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses, incomplete information, or the recipient’s absence after delivery attempts made by the designated carrier (including USPS and other authorized shipping providers).
In cases where delivery fails for reasons beyond our control, any reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
7. CUSTOMS DUTIES, TAXES, AND IMPORT PROCEDURES
As part of our international fulfillment model, packages shipped across borders may be subject to customs inspections and import procedures according to the regulations of the destination country.
Any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by local customs authorities shall be the sole responsibility of the customer. GoNoveShop has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount in advance.
